Quandrae Dixon owner of NexxxLevel is a former Professional/Semi-Pro basketball player and current skill development trainer is looking to enhance and teach basketball skills to our future community stars. Quandrae played professionally in the LNB in MEXICO for the Agauscalientes Choras where he averaged 19 points,  4 rebounds, and 7 assists per game.

Dixon has also played in numerous Semi-Pro leagues such as the American Basketball Association (ABA) CBL, EBA and TRBL. 

Dixon is now taking his experience from various levels and instilling mental toughness, work ethic, skill, and character into athletes up and down the east coast! Dixon now 31, has worked with players at every level including Tamar Slay former NBA player of the New Jersey Nets , Cierra Burdick of the San Antonio Stars, countless Division 1 athletes, and High School athletes.

Dixon believes his purpose is to make sure our youth not only become better athletes but better people as well. In 2009 Quandrae left Technical Career Institute (TCI College) a then top 10 Juco  college in the nation and was heavily recruited by many division teams . Dixon came home and took the long way and eventually earned his first contract.

Dixon believes his purpose is to prevent younger athletes especially in the inner city from making the same mistakes he did and is extremely passionate about getting them better.
